Our dedicated and enthusiastic team is managed on a day to day basis by our Group General Manager, Tracy Laycock who overseas all operations to ensure that Les Enfants maintains its reputation of quality and care.
All the staff at Les Enfants are of varying ages and skills and many of our staff are themselves parents for whilst we believe in the importance of training and qualifications we also understand that this brings with it invaluable experience which is an additional skill towards working in the nursery. Additionally each nursery has its own cook and housekeeper who are an important addition to the team and contribute to the smooth running of the nursery.
OFSTED regulations require that 50% of all nursery staff hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 of which our team greatly exceed.
